Pembroke Hamilton Club (PHC) Redevelopment
The Trust continues to monitor the development of the new sports complex in Warwick. The Trust owns lands adjacent to the site and is concerned about ensuring access to the recreational area while minimizing the impact of the development on our nature reserve.

Since 1997, the Trust has monitored a variety of proposed redevelopments for the PHC grounds in Warwick. The main issue to the Trust has been to protect its interests and right-of-way to the Trust Nature Reserve and buildings on the Tivoli South property. A Special Development Order issued in 2003 currently presides over the redevelopment of the PHC property and it accommodates both the Trust’s and area residents’ concerns, while providing for the community recreational and sports needs.
