Student Art Competition 2024

The Bermuda National Trust together with SOMPO International is excited to invite students to participate in our fourth Student Art Competition.

Show us how you interpret this year’s theme: Worth Protecting.

Winners will receive cash prizes and the artwork will be shown at a special exhibition at Sompo.

Competition Details:

• Deadline: 5:00 pm on Friday, 1st November 2024
• Theme:Worth Protecting
• Medium: Drawing, painting, sculpture, multimedia, collage, photography, and digital art (video excluded)
• Age Categories: 13 – 18 years; 9 – 12 years
• Prizes: 13 – 18 years: 1st $500; 2nd $300; 3rd $150. 9 – 12 years: 1st $300; 2nd $150; 3rd $75

Key information:

• Registration is to be done electronically and must be completed before submitting artwork, click here to register.
• Artwork must be dropped off at BNT headquarters: Waterville, 2 Pomander Road, Paget.
• All artwork should include the name of the artist and title of artwork, clearly labelled on the back of artwork.
• Be sure to review the competition rules.
