Committees

Committees are essential to the successful operation of the Trust, providing a vast amount of expertise. More than 100 individuals – all volunteers – serve on standing committees, with others assisting on an ad hoc basis.
Not only do committee members provide time and talent, they ensure the continuing democratic functioning of this broad-based community organisation. Committees are involved in the full range of Trust activities, from archaeology and research to preservation management and fund raising.
